In 2010 we sold a listing at 910 Harvard Place. Harvard is part of original Myers Park development. 910 Harvard was designed and built in 1910, and though it had been updated many times in the last one hundred years it was important to keep our marketing focus on the history and traditional nature of this unique property.

Every property has a right price; a price that at one particular time will elicit a successful sale.

During 2010 like most metropolitan areas in the United States, Charlotte had seen declining prices and unit volumes. Our peer group competition at Royal Court was selling few if any condominiums while thanks to a March 2010 price decrease and tireless effort to qualify buyers and ignite the Realtor community, we were able to sell 26 condominiums.
